Yemen Manakah Harazi
Yemen Manakah Harazi
(exclusive of all taxes)
Yemeni coffee is known for its complex flavor profile, often featuring notes of dried fruit, spices, and chocolate. Grown at high altitudes on terraced slopes, traditional dry-processing methods contribute to its distinctive taste.
Grown at 1,600–1,800 meters in Manakah, a village in Yemen’s Haraz region, this coffee comes from the Ja’adi Dwayri variety and is processed using a 5-day anaerobic fermentation. This method enhances sweetness and depth.
The coffee has gentle fruit and caramel notes with complex acidity that adds character without being sharp or overpowering. Like most coffees from Haraz, it is grown on terraced mountainsides without irrigation, harvested by hand, and produced in small quantities using traditional techniques passed down over generations.
Freshness Matters
For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique. Freshly ground coffee delivers the cup as your roaster intended. Please note: Ground coffee is non‑refundable.
