Customer-Initiated Order Cancellation: Customers have the option to cancel their order within 24 hours or prior to dispatch.
Orders that have been Delivered: Orders that have already been delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refund Method: Refunds will exclusively be issued via the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days, subject to the processing time of the issuing bank.

Marked as Gifts: For items marked as gifts and directly shipped to you, a gift credit for the return's value will be provided. Upon receiving the returned item, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
Not Marked as Gifts: If the purchased item wasn't marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver for later presentation, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, who will be informed of the return.
