(exclusive of all taxes)
Peruvian coffee is known for its medium body, mild acidity, and diverse flavor profiles, often featuring notes of nuts, chocolate, and citrus. Grown primarily in the high-altitude regions of the Andes Mountains, the country's varied microclimates and fertile soils contribute to the unique characteristics of its beans.
The Prosperidad Chirinos Geisha is a premium coffee grown in the Cajamarca region of Peru, at altitudes ranging from 1,200 to 1,900 meters. The Geisha varietal is known for its exceptional flavor and unique characteristics. This coffee undergoes a natural process that enhances its intense floral aroma and structured citric acidity, creating a sweet profile with a silky smooth texture and finish. Produced by the La Prosperidad de Chirinos Cooperative, which has over 50 years of experience, this coffee reflects the cooperative's commitment to sustainability, quality, and improving the livelihoods of its members. The cooperative, consisting of 814 producers, focuses on organic farming practices and is recognized as one of Peru's most solid coffee organizations.
Freshness Matters
For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique. Freshly ground coffee delivers the cup as your roaster intended. Please note: Ground coffee is non‑refundable.
