Panama coffee is renowned for its bright acidity, floral aroma, and complex flavors. Grown in high-altitude regions like Boquete and Volcán, its volcanic soil and expert processing produce exceptional beans, including the famous Geisha variety.

Grown at 1,900 meters above sea level in the Mount Totumas Cloud Forest Reserve in Chiriquí, Panama, this Typica variety thrives in a biodiverse ecosystem bordering La Amistad International Park. The farm benefits from rich volcanic soil, natural pollinators, and sustainable agroforestry practices that enhance the quality of the coffee. Processed using natural methods, the coffee cherries are carefully selected and dried with the fruit intact, allowing for a rich, well-balanced cup that reflects the harmony between sustainable farming practices and the surrounding cloud forest ecosystem.
Freshness Matters
For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique. Freshly ground coffee delivers the cup as your roaster intended. Please note: Ground coffee is non‑refundable.
