This Badessa and Kudhume varietal coffee is produced by Gujoo Trading PLC, located in the Hambela region of West Guji. Gujoo Trading PLC is known for its meticulous processing methods, including sun-drying and hand-picking the beans to ensure consistent quality and rich flavor. This coffee is grown at impressive altitudes ranging from 2150 to 2480 meters. It is processed naturally, resulting in a rich flavor profile with notes of plum, dried fruit, caramel, and molasses.
Freshness Matters
For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique.
