We are excited to announce that Nomads Roastery has achieved ISO 22000:2018 certification, covering the scope of receiving, storing, roasting, sorting, packing, and trading coffee beans. We have also secured the HACCP certification, solidifying our commitment to quality and safety throughout every stage of our coffee production and distribution process.

The blend, grown in San Adolfo, Huila, is meticulously crafted at Las Palmas farm by Brayan Alvear. It undergoes a 24-hour pre-fermentation, cherry aerobics, 5-day anaerobic fermentation, and 10-day mechanical drying, resulting in a unique flavor profile.

Grown in the lush Bombe village, located in the Sidama region of Ethiopia, this coffee is cultivated at elevations between 1,800 and 2,200 meters above sea level. Known for its fertile soil and balanced wet-dry climate, the region is ideal for producing high-quality coffee.

Colombia Crimson Sweet (Watermelon) Creamy body and juicy residual with distinct notes of watermelon. Grown at 1,500M in Risalda, Colombia, this coffee undergoes an innovative nitrogen fermentation process resulting in one-of-a-kind coffee.
