About this Coffee

Mexico La Reserva Natural is grown in the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, at elevations of 1,250–1,350 MASL. Produced from the Sarchimor varietal, the coffee is naturally processed, allowing the cherries to dry with the fruit intact to enhance sweetness, body, and fruit character. The region’s rich volcanic soils and favorable climate support consistent quality and flavor development, while careful harvesting and drying practices help preserve the coffee’s distinctive characteristics. The result is a balanced and expressive cup with ripe fruit notes, a creamy texture, and a sweet, lingering finish.

Freshness Matters

For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique. Freshly ground coffee delivers the cup as your roaster intended. Please note: Ground coffee is non‑refundable.
