About this Coffee

Grown on San Román Farm in the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador, this coffee is Strictly High-Grown (SHG) at elevations of 1,000 to 1,300 meters above sea level in nutrient-rich volcanic soil. Produced by Juan Antonio Aguirre, the coffee features the Pacas and Cuscatleco varietals, carefully handpicked for quality under the European preparation sorting standards. This coffee undergoes a washed process, which enhances its clean and refined cup profile. The beans are then dried on raised African beds, allowing air to circulate evenly around the cherries, ensuring consistent drying and preserving the coffee’s full body and juicy flavors.

Freshness Matters

For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique. Freshly ground coffee delivers the cup as your roaster intended. Please note: Ground coffee is non‑refundable.
