About this Coffee

El Salvador Maglia Rosa is grown in one of the country's most renowned coffee-producing regions, spanning the volcanic highlands of Ahuachapán, Sonsonate, and Santa Ana at elevations of 1,000–2,300 MASL. The region's rich volcanic soils, high altitude, and favorable climate create ideal conditions for slow cherry maturation and exceptional flavor development. Responsible for producing approximately 60% of El Salvador’s coffee, Apaneca-Ilamatepec is recognized for varieties such as Bourbon, Pacas, and Pacamara, which are known for their sweetness, balance, and complexity. The combination of fertile soils, diverse ecosystems, and generations of coffee-growing expertise has established the region as a leading origin for specialty coffee.

Freshness Matters

For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique. Freshly ground coffee delivers the cup as your roaster intended. Please note: Ground coffee is non‑refundable.
