About this Coffee

Colombia Berry Rush is produced at Renacer Coffee Paradise in Huila, Colombia, at an
elevation of approximately 1,700 MASL. Operated by the Padilla Family, the farm
benefits from the region’s mineral-rich volcanic soil and ideal thermal range. This lot is
produced from the Geisha variety and undergoes a Frutalkemy co-fermentation
process. The process involves two distinct, carefully controlled fermentation stages
while preserving the coffee cherry’s natural fruit mucilage. Keeping the mucilage during
fermentation allows the sugars and compounds surrounding the bean to remain
involved in the fermentation process, while the two controlled stages help develop and
intensify the coffee’s fruit character.

Freshness Matters

For the best flavor, grind your coffee just before brewing. Pre‑ground coffee can lose aroma and taste due to oxidation, and results may vary with water quality, brewing method, grind size, and technique. Freshly ground coffee delivers the cup as your roaster intended. Please note: Ground coffee is non‑refundable.
