This award-winning Ethiopian coffee, recently recognized in the Cup of Excellence, undergoes a 14-day fermentation process, resulting in vibrant flavor notes of jasmine, berries, candied orange peel, and dried mango. Uraga, a woreda located in the Guji zone, is home to small farms where coffee is grown alongside crops like corn, barley, beans, and wheat, with each farm averaging less than half a hectare. Both washed and natural coffees are processed at the Uraga washing station.
