This coffee is grown at altitudes of 1700-2200 meters above sea level in the Yirgacheffe region, known for its ideal coffee-growing conditions. The region's high elevation, fertile soil, and moderate wet and dry seasons provide an excellent environment for coffee cultivation. This heirloom varietal is processed using the natural method, enhancing its vibrant flavor profile, featuring notes of dried mango, grapes, passionfruit, and jasmine tea. Produced by SNAP Specialty Coffee, one of Ethiopia’s top 10 coffee exporters. This coffee reflects their commitment to specialty-grade coffee, which makes up 75% of their exports.
